Our family of three stayed here for three wonderful nights. Our seaview deluxe room needed some updating, but did include basic western creature comforts like a toilet seat, hot showers and a reasonably quiet aircon unit. As the only secondary bed option was an on floor mattress, and our daughter is terribly afraid of spiders I was relegated to sleeping there. On the few times I managed to sneak a nap on the main bed, the sheets felt quite luxurious and it was very comfortable too. Whatever the shortcomings this property may have, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Please note, the pools are quite chilly and sadly there is no hot-tub or whirlpool option. That said, we truly enjoyed our meals at the on-site lounge and at the neighbouring, sister property, Country Inn too. We look forward to returning here on future trips to Santa Ana.
